Boy Suffers Leg Injury in Riverside Pedestrian Crash
RIVERSIDE, CA (March 7, 2019) – A 12-year-old student suffered an injury Wednesday afternoon following a pedestrian crash at Aptos Street and Gumtree Lane.
The incident happened around 12:09 p.m. in front of Amelia Earhart Middle School.
News reports say a pickup truck struck the 12-year-old male student before it hit a pole. However, the details surrounding the events leading to the crash are still under investigation by authorities.
The 12-year-old a student of the middle school suffered a possible leg injury yet is expected to survive his injuries.
