Steve Mantanez of Murrieta Dies in Disastrous 2-Car Crash on Devonshire Avenue [Hemet, CA]

Hemet, CA (October 26, 2023) On Wednesday, 51-year-old Steve Mantanez of Murrieta lost his life after a 2-car crash on Devonshire Avenue.

According to the Hemet Police Department, the fatal collision happened after midnight near the intersection of Devonshire Avenue and Warren Road.

Reports say that Mantanez was driving a Mitsubishi Lancer that collided with a Nissan Pathfinder.

Officials say that the collision killed Mantanez and seriously injured the Nissan driver, medics rushed the injured driver to the hospital.

Authorities are investigating the fatal 2-vehicle collision and have not released additional information at this time.
