Man Arrested in Phoenix Pedestrian Accident near 19th Avenue and Camelback Road
PHOENIX, AZ (August 22, 2023) – Sunday night, a startling pedestrian crash near 19th Avenue and Camelback Road injured two people.
The incident happened near 19th Avenue and Camelback Road.
According to the Phoenix Police, a PT Cruiser attempting to flee from a fight scene struck two pedestrians. Then, the PT Cruiser attempted to flee the crash and collided with an SUV.
Moreover, responders transported two pedestrians, including one with critical injuries, to a hospital for treatment. Also, authorities arrested the PT Cruiser driver, and was transported to a hospital for evaluation.
Furthermore, the crash closed Camelback for about two hours but has long since reopened.
