2 People Hospitalized in Pasadena Auto Accident on 134 Freeway near San Rafael Avenue

PASADENA, CA (November 28, 2023) – Sunday night, a startling big rig crash on 134 Freeway near San Rafael Avenue injured two people.

The incident happened at around 11:00 p.m. on the 134 Freeway, west of San Rafael Avenue.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a Corvette and a big rig collided in the area for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, the Los Angeles Fire Department rushed to the scene and extricated two people who were trapped inside the overturned big rig. Then, paramedics transported the two patients to a hospital with unknown injuries.

Furthermore, the crash closed all westbound lanes of 134 Freeway except the HOV.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the CHP continued to investigate the crash.
