Injuries Reported in Victorville Vehicle Crash on Interstate 15 near Stoddard Wells Road

VICTORVILLE, CA (March 28, 2024) – Wednesday, a startling auto accident on Interstate 15 near Stoddard Wells Road injured 3 people.

The incident involving a pickup truck with an RV camper happened on the southbound Interstate 15 near Stoddard Wells Road.

According to reports, a silver Dodge Ram veered off the road and drove for several hundred feet into the desert area along the right side of the freeway. Then, the impact caused the RV camper to be detached from the truck in the desert.

Officers said that a total of three people sustained injuries, including one adult male and two children.

Two Medical helicopters responded to assist with the prompt transfer of the two critically injured patients to Loma Linda University Medical Center.

Also, officers halted southbound traffic while the Mercy Air and Reach helicopters both landed on the freeway.

Furthermore, the California Highway Patrol Victorville Station handles the crash investigation.
