Injuries Reported in Santa Maria Auto Accident on Railroad Avenue and Taylor Street

SANTA MARIA, CA (September 2, 2023) – Wednesday night, a startling 2-vehicle crash on Railroad Avenue and Taylor Street injured 3 people.

The incident happened just before 11:30 p.m. on Railroad Avenue and Taylor Street.

When the authorities arrived, they determined that the crash involved two vehicles. Also, they located one passenger ejected from the vehicle. Meanwhile, two other occupants of the vehicles were also injured.

Santa Maria Fire Dept. and American Medical came to the scene. Then, they took all patients to local hospitals.

However, the extent of the injuries sustained in the crash remained unknown.

SMPD’s Traffic Unit advised drivers to wear seat belts and avoid driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
