MIDLAND, TX (September 14, 2023) – On Tuesday, Sonya Lujan Anaya died in a tragic two-vehicle crash on SH 158 and CR 1135.

The incident happened on SH 158 and CR 1135.

According to reports, a northbound 2006 Nissan Altima failed to yield the right of way and collided with a westbound 2023 GMC Sierra.

Moreover, responders pronounced 43-year-old Anaya, dead at the scene. Also, two other people involved in the crash were not hurt in the collision.
