Soledad Canyon Road Collision Kills Hyundai Driver [Santa Clarita, CA]

Santa Clarita, CA (November 11, 2022) – On Thursday, a Hyundai driver sustained fatal injuries in a Soledad Canyon Road collision.

It was about 12:25 a.m. when the fatal crash happened in the area of Bee Canyon Road.

A Los Angeles man was driving a westbound 2019 Toyota 4-Runner on Soledad Canyon Road in the westbound lane.

At the same time, a Simi Valley resident was driving an eastbound 2013 Hyundai Tuscon on Soledad Canyon Road in the eastbound lane.  

Suddenly, the Toyota 4-Runner crossed over the solid double yellow lines into the opposing lane and drove directly into the path of the other vehicle.

As a result, the two vehicles collided killing the Hyundai driver.

The Toyota driver sustained minor injuries.

In the meantime, officers are investigating the Santa Clarita fatal collision. Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the accident.
