Shelly Hudek of Sacramento Dies in Three-Vehicle Crash on 42nd Street [Sacramento, CA]

Sacramento, CA (November 21, 2021) – On Wednesday, 59-year-old Shelly Hudek of Sacramento, and 69-year-old Lambert Glaspie of San Francisco, both suffered fatal injuries in a three-vehicle crash on 42nd Street.

The fatal incident took place at about 3:30 p.m. at the intersection with Broadway.

When the responders arrived, they found one person dead on the scene. Then, they took two seriouely injured person to a hospital, wherein one of the two died.

Meanwhile, the authorities said they are still investigating the cause of this fatal incident. They did not say who died in the hospital and died on the scene. Also, they did not name the injured person.
