At Least 2 People Hurt After 5 Cars Crash
SAN DIEGO, CA (May 22, 2019) – Several people suffered injuries Tuesday afternoon in a five-car crash on Picador Boulevard near Beyer Way.
The accident left traffic lanes blocked in the area, according to San Diego Police.
It is unclear why or how the five cars crashed just after 5 p.m. One person required extrication by firefighters after being trapped inside the vehicle.
As a result of the accident, at least two people were taken to a local hospital for treatment. In addition, an infant was involved in the crash but was conscious and breathing at the time.
