Several Injured in Separate Chain-Reaction Crashes on Bear Valley Road Near Pacoima Road [Victorville, CA]

Multiple Injuries Reported in Victorville Multi-Car Accidents

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (March 15, 2019) – Several people suffered injuries Thursday morning following two separate chain-reaction accidents along Bear Valley Road near Pacoima Road.
 
Around 7:15 a.m., a silver BMW, a green Toyota SUV and white Mazda SUV collided. Per an investigation, a 16-year-old unlicensed driver rear-ended one of the vehicles, which caused that car to strike the third.
 
According to Victorville sheriff’s spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez, the teen may have been using his or her cellphone at the time. As a result of the accident, two people suffered minor injuries and required hospitalization.
 
When the crash snarled eastbound traffic, another chain-reaction crash ensued, involving three cars and resulting in two injuries.
