Pedestrian Dies in Seattle Hit-and-Run Crash

 
SEATTLE, WA (February 1, 2019) – A female pedestrian lost her life Thursday morning when she was struck by a hit-and-run vehicle at 4th Avenue and Columbia Street.
 
The Seattle Fire Department paramedics were dispatched to the scene and tried resuscitating the victim but were unsuccessful. Detectives determined that a Toyota 4Runner SUV struck the woman and fled the scene. They believe the SUV might have sustained front-end damage.
