SOAP LAKE, WA (August 12, 2021) – Tuesday afternoon, authorities cited Scott Harrison following an injury crash on Highway 17.
 
According to reports, the incident happened when 31-year-old Scott Harrison fell asleep while driving. The crash occurred at around 2:00 p.m. on Highway 17. Then, the vehicle veered off the road, struck a rock, and overturned.
