Sonora High School Arrested after Crash on High School Parking Lot
Sonora, CA (February 17, 2023) – Thursday afternoon, a high school employee sustained injuries in a crash inside a school parking lot involving a student.
The crash in Sonora happened just before 12:15 p.m. on February 16.
Sonora Police said a 16-year-old male student driving a sedan hit a school employee.
The male victim suffered non-life-threatening moderate injuries and is being treated at a local hospital.
There is no word on his condition at this time.
Police then arrested the 16-year-old student for felony assault with a deadly weapon.
