Pedestrian Dies, One Arrested in Santa Clarita Car Accident
SANTA CLARITA, CA (March 5, 2019) – A person died at the scene following Sunday’s pedestrian crash at Railroad and Lyons avenues.
According to reports, police received a report about a collision around 6:15 p.m. Shortly after, deputies arrived and discovered a pedestrian had been killed by a car.
Police conducted a field sobriety test on the driver who struck the pedestrian.
Per a witness at the scene, officers arrested one person involved. However, the reason for the arrest was unclear.
