Santa Anita Avenue Injures Diana Whang of Temecula, Kills Cameron Blaine Fish [Temple City, CA]

Temple City, CA (September 17, 2021) – On Thursday, a passenger, 28-year-old Diana Whang of Temecula, suffered injuries, and 33-year-old Cameron Blaine Fish of Temple City, dies in a crash on Santa Anita Avenue.

The authorities received the crash report at about 2:10 a.m. north of Freer Street.

“Due to (his) unsafe speed, he was unable to safely negotiate a curve in the roadway,” says the CHP. 

“The Cobra roadster veered to the left, off the road, and onto a center median, striking a raised street sign and a light pole. The impact caused (him) to be ejected from his vehicle. … It is unknown if either of the occupants were wearing their seat belts or if alcohol and/or drugs are a factor in this crash.” the CHP added.

Officers pronounced him dead at the scene.

Fish’s passenger, Whang, was hospitalized with moderate injuries on her head.
