Police Seek the Hit-And-Run Driver after Crash on East Fourth Street in Los Angeles
Los Angeles, CA (March 4, 2022) – Early Monday morning, 61-year-old Sandra Martin sustained serious injuries in a hit-and-run crash on East Fourth Street.
The hit-and-run crash in Los Angeles happened at around 3 a.m. on February 28.
LAPD said Martin was crossing in the 100 block of East Fourth Street, near Main Street when she was hit by a car.
EMS took her to a hospital in serious condition.
Martin said the driver stepped out, pulled her out from under the vehicle, and began to walk back to his vehicle.
The man was described as Black, 25-30 years old, and weighing about 170 to 190 pounds. The car was described only as dark in color, with four doors.
Martin is asking for the public’s help in locating her brown long-hair pet Chihuahua-Terrier named `Little Man’. She was carrying the dog when the crash occurred.
