Barstow, CA (Aug. 1, 2023) – On July 24, 2023, Sandra Leps Poe, a 71-year-old Barstow resident, lost his life in a W Main Street accident.

Officers from Barstow Police Department responded to the crash scene at 9:34 p.m. near Woodhill Avenue.

Sandra Leps Poe was declared deceased at the scene at 09:40 p.m.
