SAN GREGORIO, CA – One Killed in 2-Vehicle Crash on Highway 84 near Highway 1

2-Vehicle Collision on Highway 84 in San Gregorio Leaves One Dead

 
SAN GREGORIO, CA (December 10, 2018) – One person was killed following a two-vehicle collision Monday night in San Gregorio.
 
The collision happened just before 6:00 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 84 and Highway 1.
 
California State Rangers and fire crews responded to the scene and located two vehicles blocking the intersection. One person was found unresponsive and not breathing inside one vehicle. The individual also sustained major injuries from the crash.
 
Emergency crews arrived and transported the patient to a hospital. Despite life saving efforts, the unidentified victim was declared dead.
 
A SigAlert was issued in the area, blocking all lanes of Highway 84 at Highway 1 and there were was no estimated time of clearing.
 
At this time, investigators are still working on determining the precise cause of the fatal crash.
