Scooter Rider Struck, Injured by Hit-and-Run Motorist in San Diego

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (February 6, 2019) – A man riding a scooter was hospitalized after being struck by a hit-and-run driver Friday night at Voltaire and Froude streets.
 
The incident happened around 9:20 p.m. when a green minivan struck the 36-year-old man near Ocean Beach.
 
The victim was brought to a hospital with a broken leg. The driver of the minivan, however, was last seen heading west on Greene Street. More on this crash is under investigation.
