Samantha Muro of Riverside Dies in North Perris Boulevard Collision [Perris, CA]

Perris, CA (July 15, 2023) – On Wednesday, 29-year-old Samantha Muro of Riverside was killed following a North Perris Boulevard collision.

The traffic collision took place at about 4 p.m. in the 4100 block area near Perry Street involving two Kia sedans.

Sgt. Jeremy Bracey stated that Muro was driving a Kia Optima that collided with a Kia Soul.

Immediately, the paramedics responded to the scene and declared Muro dead while the other driver was transported to Riverside University Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigating authorities said the other driver is expected to recover and that there were no other occupants of either vehicle.

Officers are still investigating if alcohol or drugs may have been factors in the North Perris Boulevard collision.

In the meantime, anyone with further details about the collision was asked to contact the sheriff’s Perris station at 951-210-1673.
