Rubio Angel of Ephrata Dies in D Street Northeast Pedestrian Accident [Ephrata, WA]

Ephrata, WA (November 26, 2021) – On November 7, 63-year-old Rubio Angel of Ephrata sustained fatal injuries in a D Street Northeast pedestrian accident.

Reports said that that a northbound car driven by 84-year-old Martha Devine drifted into the bicycle lane and struck the victim.

Right away, the emergency responders rushed Angel to Harborview Medical Center, where he died on November 24.
