Remember to drive carefully and stay focused on your surroundings when approaching an intersection. Come to a full stop when coming to a stop sign and check each lane before making a turn. Take the turn slowly while scanning the adjacent lanes to verify that you are still clear. If it’s a four-way stop sign, remember to use your signal and proceed in according to the order of who arrived first. Following the rules of the road can help to prevent crashes.
