Colonial Village, CA (March 14, 2021) – On Saturday, 55-year-old Robert Moyse of Sacramento lost his life in a pedestrian accident on Power Inn Road.
 
The fatal accident happened at about 2:30 a.m. north of Fruitridge Avenue.
