Tucson, AZ (March 14, 2022) – Monday morning, 24-year-old Robert King died in a DUI hit-and-run crash on Ina Road.

Police arrested the 35-year-old Lia Lara, who currently faces charges of second-degree murder.

The fatal crash happened at around 11:45 a.m. on March 14.

PCSD said King was previously seen on top of the hood of a vehicle heading westbound from an apartment complex on Ina Road.

The victim sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene.

Moreover, investigators said Lara was driving under the influence and left the scene on foot.
