Motorcyclist Hospitalized in Santa Barbara Highway 154 Motorcycle Accident

 
SANTA BARBARA, CA (January 14, 2020) — A motorcyclist suffered major injuries following Saturday’s crash with a driver on Highway 154 near East Camino Cielo.
 
According to Fire Capt. Nikki Steven, the incident unfolded around 2:00 p.m. near the top of San Marcos Pass.
 
Paramedics arrived and transported the injured rider to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. The person’s name and details of his or her condition are not available at this time.
 
As for the person in the sedan, reports failed to indicate whether anyone had been hurt.
 
However, an investigation is underway to determine the events that led to the accident.
