Highway 132 Collision Kills Ricardo Ramirez
Modesto, CA (December 23, 2021) – On Tuesday, 64-year-old Ricardo Ramirez of Patterson died in a big rig crash on Highway 132.
The fatal accident happened at about 6:11 p.m. west of Modesto.
Officers said Ramirez in a Honda Civic was northbound on Gates Road and was stopped at a stop sign at Highway 132. Then, he went into the intersection and drove into the path of the semi-truck that did not have a stop sign.
The semi-truck driver swerved to the left to avoid the crash but its right front struck the driver’s side of the Honda.
Unfortunately, Ramirez lost his life at the crash scene.
Meanwhile, the officers are investigating this fatal collision.
