Reyna Vos Dies in Auto-Pedestrian Crash on Highway 90 in Sierra Vista
Sierra Vista, AZ (September 5, 2021) – Saturday night, a 60-year-old Reyna Vos died in an auto-pedestrian crash at the intersection of Highway 90 and 92.
The fatal crash in Sierra Vista happened at around 7:31 p.m. on September 4.
Sierra Vista Police Department said an on-duty Cochise County Sheriff’s Deputy struck the pedestrian in the roadway.
The victim was not in a crosswalk at the time of the crash. She died at the crash scene.
Moreover, drivers traveling behind the deputy said “the deputy’s driving was not erratic or concerning.
Further investigation is ongoing.
