Rebecca Pulling Struck and Killed in I-680 Pedestrian Accident near Construction Site
Walnut Creek, CA (November 18, 2020) – On Monday, 42-Year-Old Rebecca Pulling of Lafayette died in a pedestrian accident on Interstate Highway 680.
The crash was reported at about 10:46 p.m. in a construction zone north of North Main Street.
A construction worker in the area reported to the CHP that a pedestrian was walking on the highway. Then, was struck by a Chrysler Sebring in the No. 4 southbound lanes.
Authorities pronounced Ms. Pulling dead at the scene.
On the other hand, the Sebring driver did not get injured and cooperated with investigators.
Meanwhile, authorities do not know yet why Pulling was on the highway.
