Desert Hot Springs, CA (November 3, 2020) – On Monday, 23-year-old Raul Silva-Chavez of Cathedral City lost his life in a tragic multi-vehicle crash in the area of Palm Drive and 20th Avenue.
 
The fatal crash was reported at about 12:15 p.m., wherein five vehicles crashed in Desert Hot Springs.
 
When Riverside County Fire Department crews arrived, they found one of the vehicles fully engulfed in fire.
