Raul Monreal Suffers Fatal Injuries in Garden Grove Scooter Accident

 
Garden Grove, CA (October 30, 2020) – On Tuesday, Raul Monreal of Westminster lost his life in a scooter accident on Valley View Street and Lampson Avenue.
 
The fatal incident took place before 7 p.m. in the West Grove district.
 
A vehicle turned left in front of the scooter on a green light. As a result, the scooter crashed into the right side of the vehicle.
 
Immediately, the rescuers took Monreal to UCI Medical Center in Orange, where he was pronounced dead.
 
Meanwhile, the 24-year-old woman driving the vehicle stayed on the scene until emergency personnel arrived. The elderly passenger in the vehicle did not get injured.
