Ralph Guerrero Arrested in DUI Crash on G Street [Merced, CA]

Merced, CA (May 12, 2023) On Wednesday evening, 30-year-old Ralph Guerrero of Merced was arrested in a DUI Crash on G Street.

According to Merced police, the multi-vehicle rollover collision happened around 9 p.m. in the area of G Street and 23rd Street.

Reports say that a 2009 Nissan Altima struck a 2023 Jeep, causing the Jeep to roll over and collide with a 2018 Subaru.

Officials say that the Nissan had major front-end damage, while the Subaru have rear-end damage. all 3 vehicles were northbound on G Street when the collision happened.

Authorities say that the Jeeps driver, identified as a 29-year-old Merced woman suffered moderate injuries and was taken to a trauma center.

Moreover, Subaru’s driver was a 45-year-old Merced woman and her 2 passengers did not suffer injuries. Meanwhile, police noticed signs of impairment in Ralph Guerrero, who was driving the Nissan at the time of the crash.

Police arrested Guerrero and booked him into Merced County Jail.

According to jail records, Guerrero is facing charges on suspicion of felony driving under the influence causing bodily injury, driving under the influence of at least .08 blood-alcohol level causing bodily injury, transportation of narcotics, and misdemeanor possession of a narcotic controlled substance
