Phoenix, AZ (September 28, 2023) On Tuesday morning, Phoenix police arrested 39-year-old Priscilla Randall after hitting 2 people in a pedestrian crash on 40th Avenue.

According to the Phoenix Police Department, the auto-pedestrian accident happened around 8 a.m. in the area of 40th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard.

First responders say that an adult and a child were found hurt, officials say that a res SUV, driven by Randall struck the woman and the child.

Both woman and child were taken to the hospital, at the hospital it was determined that the child suffered life-threatening injuries.
