Teen Hospitalized After Being Hit by Driver in Pomona
POMONA, CA (January 24, 2019) – A teen boy was critically injured Wednesday morning when he was hit by a driver near North Gary Avenue and East Alvarado Street.
A police spokesperson said the incident unfolded around 6:15 a.m. The teen was reportedly walking in the middle of the street near the intersection for unknown reasons when he was hit by the driver.
The boy suffered head trauma and was immediately brought to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center in critical condition. The driver stopped at the scene and was cooperative with law enforcement.
