One Dies, Two Others Injured in Solo Rollover Vehicle Collision on Interstate 15
Riverside County, CA (October 17, 2020) – On Friday, one person died and two others were seriously injured in a solo rollover vehicle collision on Interstate 15.
The crash happened before 7:15 a.m. north of Rainbow Valley Boulevard.
North County Fire Capt. John Choi said a Honda Civic was traveling northbound in the left lane when it drifted into a construction site. Then, it overturned several times and hit a concrete barrier.
Authorities pronounced one of the car’s occupants dead at the scene. At the same time, the rescuers took the other two people to Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
The authorities have not yet released the details about the victims.
Meanwhile, police initially blocked off the left two lanes, but have already been reopened.
