Aimee Lang Struck and Killed by Vehicle in Costa Mesa Accident on 55 Freeway
Costa Mesa, CA (November 26, 2020) – On Thursday, Aimee Lang, 25, died in a pedestrian accident on the 55 Freeway.
The fatal Costa Mesa accident happened at about 3:20 a.m. near the 405 Freeway.
Apparently, the incident involved a white Ford Fusion, wherein the pedestrian, Ms. Lang, was struck and killed by the vehicle on the right shoulder of the 55 Freeway.
Meanwhile, the police withheld the details on what caused the fatal crash.
Additionally, it is unknown whether the car that hit the pedestrian remained at the scene.
Traffic crews closed the 2, 3, 4, and 5 northbound lanes of the Costa Mesa Freeway while they investigate the crash.
