TEMECULA, CA (December 19, 2021) – Saturday morning, a pedestrian died in a crash on Winchester Road and Margarita Road.
 
The incident happened at about 4:00 a.m. near Winchester Road and Margarita Road. Moreover, the incident happened near Promenade Temecula mall.
 
According to the investigators, the pedestrian jaywalked across Winchester before the vehicle hit them.
 
After the crash, the driver stopped at the scene and helped with the investigation. Also, the authorities haven’t made any arrests.
 
“It is not believed intoxication played a role in this collision,” revealed Sgt. Joey Sinz.
 
At this time, the authorities haven’t disclosed the identities of the driver and the deceased.
