1 Hurt in San Jose Pedestrian Accident on East Santa Clara Street near Seventh Street
SAN JOSE, CA (September 19, 2021) – Saturday morning, a pedestrian sustained injuries in a crash on East Santa Clara Street near Seventh Street.
The authorities received reports of the crash at 4:14 a.m. According to reports, a hit-and-run vehicle struck a man. Moreover, the crash occurred in 300 block of East Santa Clara Street.
Afterward, responders took the pedestrian to a hospital in stable condition.
Also, the crash led to the closure between Seventh and Ninth streets, as well as between 17th and 19th streets.
However, the roadway has since reopened.
