Man Dies in Seal Beach Pedestrian Accident on Oakmont Road and El Dorado Drive

 
SEAL BEACH, CA (November 4, 2019)—A man died in a pedestrian accident last Thursday at Oakmont Road and El Dorado Drive.
 
The accident occurred at approximately 10:00 a.m., Seal Beach Police Department officials reported in a news release. The unidentified victim sustained severe injuries after a truck of an unknown make and model hit him.
 
Paramedics transported the man to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Back at the scene, the unidentified driver stayed and spoke to authorities regarding the crash.
 
According to reports, police had made no arrests as of Friday evening. However, authorities are investigating the crash further to determine whether drugs or alcohol played a role.
