Elder Injured in Bellevue Pedestrian Accident

BELLEVUE, WA (November 22, 2019)—An 85-year-old suffered life-threatening injuries Wednesday following a pedestrian accident on Bellevue Way and 24th Street.

According to the police, the accident ensued around 6:30 a.m. Paramedics and officers responded to the scene to find either an 85-year-old woman or man—per conflicting reports—at the scene with severe injuries.

Soon after, medics transported the victim to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle while the driver stayed at the scene for questioning.

Because circumstances and details are unclear, authorities are investigating the crash further.
