One Pedestrian Killed in Fatal Crash on Norris Road and Howard Avenue
Bakersfield, CA (October 23, 2021) on Friday, an accident claimed the life of a pedestrian in a fatal car crash on Norris road.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) says the incident happened just about 7 p.m. in a non-injury collision between 2 vehicles in Oildale.
CHP says as both drivers were exchanging details another vehicle crashed the scene and struck one of the motorists.
Authorities confirm that the victim was dead at the scene.
