Pedestrian Critically Injured in Maple Street Accident [Spokane, WA]

Spokane, WA (December 10, 2023) – A pedestrian was injured following a Maple Street accident Friday afternoon.

The Spokane Police officers responded around 2:30 p.m. to the crash scene near the intersection with 4th Avenue. 

The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with critical injuries while the driver remained at the scene.

Witnesses told the officers that the pedestrian was crossing the road in violation of traffic laws.

Officers are still investigating.
