Highland Woman Paulette Samuel Dies in Car Accident on Pacific Street

 
HIGHLAND, CA (March 29, 2021) – On Saturday, 58-year-old Paulette Samuel died in a multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of Victoria Avenue and Pacific Street.
 
According to a coroner press release, the fatal Highland accident occurred at 6:27 PM, and involved multiple vehicles.
 
When authorities arrived, they discovered the victim with serious injuries.
 
As a result, paramedics transported Ms. Samuel to St. Bernadine Medical Center.
 
Even so, the Highland woman succumbed the injuries she sustained at the scene of the crash.
 
Consequently, medical personnel pronounced her dead at around 7:20 PM
 
The SBCSD Highland Major Accident Investigation Team is investigating the circumstances surrounding the deadly Pacific street crash.
