Oscar Castro Dead Following Richmond Bicycle Accident on West Ohio Avenue
Richmond, CA (December 8, 2020) – On Monday, 56-year-old Oscar Castro of Richmond died in a bicycle crash on West Ohio Avenue and the Richmond Parkway.
The fatal accident took place at about 12:52 p.m. when Castro missed a stoplight and struck by a vehicle.
Authorities said they do not consider drugs and alcohol to be a factor in the crash. Also, the driver did not appear to have done anything wrong.
The crash happened when Castro was going west on West Ohio Avenue, and the involved vehicle was traveling south on the Richmond Parkway.
