ONTARIO, CA – One Killed in Rollover Crash on 60 Freeway at Archibald Avenue

Pickup Truck Overturns after Crash with SUV on 60 Freeway in Ontario, Fatality Reported

 
ONTARIO, CA (December 16, 2018) – At least one person was killed following a rollover crash early Sunday morning on 60 Freeway in Ontario.
 
The crash happened around 2:14 a.m. on the eastbound direction of the freeway at Archibald Avenue.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a white Kia Soul and a tan pickup truck collided for unknown reasons. The impact caused the pickup to overturn on its side.
 
Ontario fire officials responded to the scene and found at least one fatality as a result of the accident. A coroner was notified to pick up the victim’s remains.
 
There were no descriptions of any vehicular damages but both cars were towed away for evidence.
 
Further details, including the identity of the victim, were not immediately available. The crash remains under investigation.
