One Hurt in Two-Car Crash at Elverta Road and 16th Street [ELVERTA, CA]

Complaints of Pain Reported in Morning 2-Car Crash in Elverta

 
ELVERTA, CA (July 31, 2019) – One person was hurt following a two-car crash Wednesday morning at the intersection of Elverta Road and 16th Street.
 
The crash happened around 10:12 a.m., involving a green Toyota Highlander and a Volvo car.
 
While the cause of the crash has not yet been determined, one occupant was hurt from the accident. Paramedics arrived on the scene and took the patient to a hospital with complaints of pain to the head and chest.
 
The Toyota SUV also had missing rear wheels and was towed away from the crash site along with the Volvo.
 
It is unknown if drugs and/or alcohol were contributing factors in the crash, which remains under investigation at this time. There has also been no update on the injured victim’s current condition.
