NOVATO, CA – Woman Dies in Pedestrian Crash on Novato Boulevard Near Diablo Avenue

Pedestrian Struck, Killed by Car in Novato

 
NOVATO, CA (January 21, 2019) – A Friday evening pedestrian accident in the 1600 block of Novato Boulevard near Diablo Avenue claimed a woman’s life.
 
Arriving officers were dispatched to the scene around 6:06 p.m. to find a woman hit by a southbound vehicle near Novato Fair Shopping Center.
 
The 70-year-old Novato woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities stayed on site to determine what had happened before the crash. Because details regarding this fatality remain scant, authorities are asking witnesses to call the Novato Police Department’s Traffic Section at 415-897-4361 if they know anything.
