SUN VALLEY, CA (December 29, 2022) – Wednesday morning, authorities reported multiple injuries following a rollover crash on 5 Freeway and Highway 170.
 
The incident happened at around 1:00 a.m. on the southbound 5 Freeway interchange to Highway 170.
 
According to reports, a vehicle lost control for still unknown reasons. Then, it rolled over multiple times before it came to rest upside down inside a wash. The force of the crash ejected three people into the roadway.
 
Moreover, firefighters rushed to the scene and extricated two people trapped inside the wreckage. Also, officers confirmed that the condition of the people injured in the crash was still unknown as of this time.
 
Meanwhile, the incident remained under active investigation.
