El Paso, TX (October 20, 2023) On Thursday, 2 people were hurt and hospitalized after a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 10.

According to the El Paso Fire Department, the multi-vehicle accident happened on I-10 east and west at Transmountain.

Reports say that the collision involved 2 semi-trucks and multiple other vehicles. Medics say that 2 people were transported to the hospital, one of the patients suffered serious injuries and the other patient sustained minor injuries.

Authorities say that traffic was delayed severely, moreover, Hazmat crews were on the scene containing a diesel spill at the scene.
