One Killed in Moreno Valley Rollover Crash
Moreno Valley, CA (July 08, 2021) – On Tuesday, a motorist died in a two-vehicle crash on Cactus Avenue.
The fatal incident happened at 11:55 p.m. at Indian Street intersection.
The authorities said the victim was at the wheel of a Nissan Versa traveling eastbound on Cactus Avenue and entered the intersection on a green traffic signal.
At the same time, a Tesla Model-S driver ran a red light while traveling northbound on Indian Street. As a result, it slammed into the Nissan’s passenger side.
Afterwards, the Nissan rolled over and slid on its roof, and ejected its driver.
The Tesla spun off of the roadway into a cinder-block wall. Its three occupants sustained minor to moderate injuries.
